Before you pay
Buyer checklist
- Request clear photos of model, box, labels and any defects
- Confirm seller location, shipping cost and delivery timeline in writing
- Be cautious of prices far below market or pressure to pay immediately
- Prefer payment methods you understand, know their limits for private sales
- For high-value models, ask for tracked and insured shipping
- Keep screenshots of agreed terms and payment confirmation
Before you ship

- Describe condition accurately, note box wear, chips and opened packaging
- Confirm payment has cleared before shipping
- Use tracked shipping and photograph packaging
- Set clear return expectations, most peer sales are final unless agreed
- Avoid sharing unnecessary personal data
Payment links and messaging
Payment link safety
- Only open links from sellers you have been messaging on-platform
- Check URL and payee name match the expected seller
- Never share card details, passwords or OTP codes in chat
- Be wary if payment method changes after terms were agreed
Photo verification
- Request timestamped photos for high-value listings if needed
- Compare box art, casting numbers and wheel types to references
- Report listings that misrepresent condition or reuse photos

Report suspicious activity
Premium Die-Cast does not mediate disputes or guarantee transactions. If you encounter scam attempts, misleading listings or platform abuse, contact us via early access. We may remove listings, warn users or block accounts that violate platform rules.
No buyer protection, clearly stated
Unlike a traditional online store, Premium Die-Cast does not process your payment, store inventory or issue refunds. Every sale is a direct arrangement between buyer and seller. Use the checklists above to reduce risk, you remain responsible for your transaction decisions.
