When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on availability and your location, your final total will be displayed prior to completing the transaction. We do our best to limit any additional inbound costs, hence we recommend international deliveries are limited to 10 items per shipment. Also any government or customs charges will have to be paid by the receiver as per your local process for international shipments.
For UAE next day delivery is applicable in metro areas for all orders made before 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched for the following day. Delivery occurs when the ordered products are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of Products purchased passes to you when payment is received by us in full. If you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, we will assume any other person at the location will be able to accept the goods, otherwise deliveries may be left on your doorstep.
